We are now providing  Automotive Repair  for all passenger vehicles!
It all started in 2021

Vantage Diesel was established in 2021 as a roadside repair company servicing
East Texas from Dallas, TX to Tyler, TX. Just four months later, we opened our
first shop in the center of our service area. With a shop located in Mabank, TX,
we are able to continue to provide efficient roadside repair and also provide
full service repairs to companies and owner operators. From tires to full motor
rebuilds, we’ve handled every kind of repair a truck could need. While our
expertise is in truck repair, our priority is our customers. We aim to maintain
a competitive rate, outstanding service, and quick turn around.

Vantage Diesel also does fleet maintenance either on site at your location or at
our shop in Mabank. We have partnered with muliple fleets like Exxon Aviation,
JOTS Rentals, and Parks Home Construction just to name a few. If you are in need
of a team of professionals to keep your service up to date or do on site

The future of Vantage Diesel is looking for solutions to take aim at the tractor
and trailer repair industy. We are always researching ways to make the repair

REFUND AND WARRANTY

Refunds

All services rendered through Vantage Diesel LLC are non-refundable. If you are
unhappy with your service, please see the warranty information below. If the
reason you are not satisfied isn't do to a warranty related issue, please
contact us at support@vantagediesel.com and we will get back to you as soon as
possible.

Warranty

In the event a service or part fails, Vantage Diesel LLC upholds the following
warranty:

In-Shop Repairs

Parts: There is no warranty on used parts. Used parts will only be used with the
customer's approval. Vantage Diesel LLC does not warranty new parts used for a
repair. These parts are warrantied through the manufacturer or the supplier.
Because of this, the warranty on a new part can be anywhere from no warranty to
a 1 year warranty. In the event a warranty is requested, the malfunctioning part
will need to be returned to the original supplier by Vantage Diesel LLC. If you
are at a different repair facility that isn't within feasible driving distance
to Vantage Diesel LLC, the part will need to be shipped to Vantage Diesel LLC
along with a return shipping label in order for the part to be exchanged and
returned to the customer. If you have any questions in regards to a part that
has failed, please do not hesitate to reach out to us to find out what the
warranty is on your part.

Labor: There is a 30 day warranty on labor for any repair performed in a shop
location owned or operated by Vantage Diesel LLC. This warranty is only granted
if the warranty work is compeleted at the original shop it was performed.
Vantage Diesel LLC will not cover the labor cost of another company or repair
shop performing the repairs. This warranty is only valid if there were no
additional underlying causes for the part to fail including negligence.

Mobile Repairs

Parts: There is no warranty on used parts. Used parts will only be used with the
customer's approval. Vantage Diesel LLC does not warranty new parts used for a
repair. These parts are warrantied through the manufacturer or the supplier.
Because of this, the warranty on a new part can be anywhere from no warranty to
a 1 year warranty. In the event a warranty is requested, the malfunctioning part
will need to be returned to the original supplier by Vantage Diesel LLC. If you
are at a different repair facility that isn't within feasible driving distance

Labor: Due to the fact that most roadside and mobile repairs are temporary fixes
to get you to where you need to go, there is no warranty on labor for roadside
or mobile repairs.

Right to Refuse Service

Vantage Diesel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason or
for no reason.
