Signing group
We have 5 people in a signing group. We all want to see what is available to
sign, and we each sign those that are relevant to us. Until 1-2 months ago, this
feature was working as described. As of that timeframe, one signer at a time is
receiving an envelope, serially. This is problematic as the other 4 are unable
to see the envelope and we have had to transfer ownership of envelopes back and
forth. As a test, we created a new signing group with the same people and find
that we have the same problem. What must we do to go back to the original
behavior, where everyone in the signing group sees all items needing signing in
their inbox?

Home Page Dashboard
Recent “enhancement” has eliminated my DocuSign Dashboard on the Home page - I
now get a screen about sending envelopes. I don’t send envelopes, but receive
them for signature and keep track of those signatures coming after mine. This
was conveniently seen on the Home page dashboard, but is now missing. How do I
get that back?

Error downloading document "Recipient has not passed authentication steps"
I’m trying to download a signed document under my ID. It asked various security
questions, and I apparently failed one of them so when I click on the download
arrow next to the document I get the following message: {“errorCode”:
“RECIPIENT_AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED”,”message”:”Recipient has not passed
authentication steps.”} I’m trying to find help on resolving this. Thank you so

PDF Document not applying template correctly
I have created a contract in PDF format. Every contract is for a different
customer. The contract is partly populated from our database and partly
completed with unique information in fillable areas and then saved. The contract
is then uploaded into DocuSign and a template is applied. For some people this
works perfectly, and all the fields are allocated the correct
“initial/signature” spots. In all cases an initial pop-up window appears saying
that “Form Fields were found” and once the template is applied, another pop-up
appears saying “Template was successfully applied.” However, once we move to the
contract itself, and the window below pops up with the option to “Keep PDF form
data” and that is selected, we get a perfect contract, if this window does not
pop up the initials/signatures are off to the right and aren’t lined up where
they should be. I cannot find a solution to this problem online. I have looked
at whether it is a difference between using Chrome or Edge and also differe

Conditional routing not transferring from Sandbox to production
I created a template and powerform in sandbox. The powerform was tested and
works well. When I downloaded the template and uploaded to production and
created a powerform, the conditional routing is removed. Shouldn’t this work in
production? I have the same groups in TEST and PROD

When I try to upload may signed document on the INPI website, I get this message
: “Votre signature n'est pas valide : La synthèse a été signée avec un
certificat étranger hors UE et dont l'autorité de certification n'est pas
présente parmi celles définies dans les listes de confiance eIDAS. Votre
signature n'est donc pas considérée comme valide puisque nous ne retrouvons pas
l'autorité de certification du certificat utilisé parmi les listes de confiance
eIDAS. Nous vous invitons à vous rapprocher de votre fournisseur de signature
afin d'avoir une signature conforme.”Translation : “Your signature is not valid:
The summary has been signed with a foreign certificate from outside the EU,
whose certification authority is not one of those defined in the eIDAS trust
lists. Your signature is therefore not considered valid, as we cannot find the
certification authority of the certificate used among the eIDAS trust lists.
Please contact your signature provider to obtain a compliant signature.”

Extra Envelopes
My question is if I purchase extra envelopes, how long do I have to use them? Do
the newly purchased unused envelopes expire when my plan renews, or is a
separate time frame in which I have to use them based on the date of purchase?
My plan renews next month, so I don’t want unused envelopes that won’t carry
over past the automatic renewal date. I can make due with the amount I have left
until my renewal if need be.

Automatic signing for 600 documents
Hello DocuSign Community, I have an user case and I’m not sure if is handable
easily. I want to send 300 envelops to 300 different recipients. Each envelop
will contain 2 documents, pretty the same base but with some differences inside,
depending on the recipient. Our Sales Responsible needs to sign those 600
documents (or 300 if we consider that signing once in the envelop signs for all
the documents) and it’s a huge thing to ask him. Is there a solution to make his
task easier ? Thank you !

Signature Copied?
I received a new (revised) contract from a vendor stating that it had been
renewed (without our knowledge) and signed. When I compare the original, which
we do remember signing, and the new one, which we do not remember signing I
noticed that the signature looks to have been copied. The original and new
contracts have different “DocuSign Envelope IDs” as would be expected, but when
I compare the signatures they are absolutely identical, with the same frame
number and everything. Would this be evidence of tampering with the document and
possibly pasting a signature from the original contract onto the new one? Is
there another logical explanation that could possibly explain this?

delegated signer question
I see that you can’t retroactively set up a Delegated Signer - a person can only
set that up from today forward. What happens if a person sets up Delegated
Signer after the envelope has been sent, but before it’s been signed? Will the
Delegated Signer option kick in and the Delegated Signer be notified when the
next Reminder to sign is sent?

Payments problem
Hey there! I've been trying to pay repeatedly for my docusign plan for two weeks
now. Unfortunately, I can't process the payment, but my bank couldn't tell me
where the problem is. It is said that the payment is with the supplier's payment
gateway. I'm trying to get somewhere through docusign support, but it's
completely useless... I need to write to someone, the bot is of no use to me.

Create a Template along with docGenFormFields through Docusign UI
Hi, I see we have two options to create a template via the docusign UI. One is
to create it manually following the steps and the other is by uploading a json
to create template. When i create the template by following the steps manually
from the UI, i am unable to attach the docGenFormFields similar to what i could
do when i uploaded a json to create template. Is there a reason why i cannot add
the fields to the template when i follow the manual path?
