Many studies now show that companies with diverse director positions, executives
and employees make better decisions than monocultural ones.

Our approach has been to identify director candidates from diverse backgrounds
and train and mentor them to be board ready.

Our data base is made up of director candidates who are accountants, lawyers,
marketers, scientists, health professionals, designers, architects, engineers
and the like who each bring unique ethnic, cultural, generational and gender
perspectives to enhance the diversity of your board.

Many people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds experience early
rejection from the traditional recruitment process. They give up applying for
director vacancies. It is these well qualified and capable people who we find
and educate in corporate governance and director and board practices.

Our candidates for director positions have deep professional and industry
knowledge in addition to their experience of the wants and needs of their
cultural set.

Our D & I Club is for candidates looking for director positions. It is a
community of aspirational company directors who support and encourage each other
on Boards. We add you to our pool of candidates and resource you with the latest
news and articles about issues that director candidates require. We provide
workshops and events to build your director skills and equip you for director
opportunities.

Suitably qualified members can use the post nominals, MDDIC for members or FDDIC
for fellows who already have suitable board experience.
