Legacy’s management philosophy is to draw on its extensive experience to
maximise the combination of brand, location, financial awareness and strong
sales focus in relation to each property.

SALES & MARKETING

Legacy Hotels and Resorts are able to assist with the full evaluation of project
opportunities whether it be limited refurbishment, full business re-positioning,
extensions, new revenue streams or acquisitions and disposals.

FINANCIAL CONTROL

The Legacy accounting service is tailored to meet hotel owners specific
requirements. Reporting systems are designed to produce on-demand information
tailored to meet the business objectives.

PROCUREMENT

With purchases typically accounting for 35% of the average hotel’s turnover,
securing the right combination of price quality and service from vendors is a
key factor in conversion delivery.

HUMAN RESOURCES

Across the group, we identify that the greatest asset is held within its people
and the teams created within the hotels which we manage.  Within the business,
there is a wide team of professionals that support and nurture the development
of these teams led by a dedicated Officer of Human Resource and Development.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Our Property & Compliance Department’s objective is attaining accreditation in
Health & Safety Practices for the hotels by supporting the units in the delivery
of statutory compliance and best practice.
