NOTES, SNAPSHOTS, AND RECORDINGS, CAN BE ACCESSED IN THE APP AFTER THE CALL HAS ENDED. After a call ends, documentation created during the call can be found in the History section of the XMReality desktop app on web, Windows and Mac. By pressing an item in this section, a detailed dialog is opened with call content and other call information such as start time, duration, participants and more. Content is stored locally on the user's device and includes recordings and snapshots, written notes, and step-by-step instructions. If using the XMReality app in a web browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Safari), call documentation is stored inside the browser and remains available for 24 hours after the call ends. If using an installed XMReality desktop app, call documentation is stored inside the app and remains available for as long as the app is installed. PREVIEW AND DOWNLOAD CONTENT Image snapshots and recordings can be previewed inside the app, by selecting Call content (1) in the call details dialog. The images and recordings can be previewed by clicking them and downloaded by pressing the download button (2) that is present when hovering an item. CREATE PDF REPORT Call PDF reports can be created after a call has ended from the call details dialog by pressing the PDF button (3). If having used a Step by Step instruction it is possible to see the content tied to each step by selecting a step in the left panel (4). Image snapshots are connected to one or more steps, and will be included in the PDF report under the corresponding step headline(s). In the Images to be included... section (5) it is possible to see the images connected to the step. Additional images can be connected to the step by selecting the image in the All images section (6). WAS THIS ARTICLE HELPFUL?
