Whether you have participated before or you are exploring therapy for the first
time, Stepping Stones Counseling offers gentle, discreet, and professional help

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

When you wish to make changes in your life, it helps to know where you've come
from. Individual therapy helps us figure out the components of our origins,
establish how we developed our patterned reactions to our world, our
relationships, and ourselves.




RELATIONSHIP THERAPY

Relationships are rewarding, as they are difficult. Compassionate couples
therapy can help individuals resolve conflicts, recognize and integrate
differences, and accept each other with increased understanding.




FAMILY THERAPY

In many ways, ALL therapy is "family therapy" because the family is where we all
learn our particular way of being in relationships. Family therapy can help
understand and integrate all the parts into a whole, while honoring the
individuality of each member.




ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION

We are equipped to administer most psychological assessments for depression,
anxiety, and childhood trauma. When further testing is called for, we provide
referrals for qualified, specialized assessments.
