We don’t collect payments upfront. Before we start design and development, we
prepare your project files to be worked on. Then, we expect you to make the
deposit payment before moving on.

This is the stage where your project workflow is divided into milestones
depending on the size of your ordered project. Once you are 100% satisfied with
the look and feel of the 1st milestone, we move onto the next one.

3. FINAL APPROVAL & WRAP-UP
This is the very last milestone of your project. Once you are fully satisfied
with the look and feel of your finished project based on our agreement, the
final payment is received and the project has been concluded.

PROJECT WORKFLOW AND PAYMENT DETAILS
MILESTONE #1 SERVER SPACE CREATION AND WEBSITE FILE SETUP
Prior to commencing the design and development phase, we take care of several
essential tasks on your behalf. These include allocating your server space,
updating your name servers, creating your database, and uploading your project
files, making your website accessible with the ‘Coming Soon’ page visible to
your visitors. Once these foundational steps are successfully completed, and you
have access to your domain featuring the ‘Coming Soon’ page, we proceed to
collect payment for Milestone 1. It’s important to note that the annual server
hosting fee of $110 is collected separately. We do this because we have a
special arrangement with a trusted third-party hosting company, allowing us to
secure a discounted rate for this essential service.
DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN
MILESTONE #2 DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN
At this juncture, we embark on a structured journey through your project’s
workflow, breaking it down into distinct milestones tailored to the scale and
scope of your commissioned endeavor. It’s only when you are absolutely delighted
with the aesthetics and functionality of each milestone that we seamlessly
transition to the subsequent phase. Your satisfaction remains our guiding
principle as we progress together.
MILESTONE #3 FINAL APPROVAL & WRAP UP
In addition to finalizing the remaining pages, we dedicate ourselves to the
completion of Additional Platforms, Mobile Optimization, Speed Optimization, and
the installation of a comprehensive Security Scanner. This marks the culmination
