SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

 * Ensure that you have Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) installed and a stable
   internet connection. Mac, office, or company systems are not permitted. If
   you have any antivirus or firewall software, please remove it.
 * Verify that you are not connected to a company Wi-Fi or network with
   firewalls. If using a home network, ensure there are no firewalls in place.
 * Your internet speed should be at least 25 Mbps for download and 15 Mbps for
   upload. You can check your network speed at www.speedtest.net
 * Your system should have a minimum of 4 GB RAM and be equipped with at least
   an Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 processor. To check your system configuration, go
   to Settings → System → About.

    your exam

    not try to write the answer ur self)
 6. Answer Clearly to the questions asked by the proctor.( Sometimes he may ask
    you to retake your Id, Scan your room).

EXAM SESSION RULES

We take steps to ensure that every testing experience is a good one, but we
still stop your exam if the rules aren't followed.

 * You must be fully clothed throughout your entire exam (no hats or hoods)
 * You must stay within your webcam view
 * You cannot get up and walk around
 * No one can enter your testing environment
 * You cannot leave your testing environment
 * A beverage in any container is allowed, but no food or smoking
 * You cannot move your webcam once your testing session has started
 * Mumbling or speaking out loud will lead to a warning

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A PROPER ID FOR ONLINE TESTING

Please remember to review any program-specific ID policies on your exam
program’s homepage prior to your appointment.

GENERAL:

 * All IDs must be valid government-issued in their original form (not a
   photocopy)
 * Acceptable IDs include: International travel passport; driver’s license;
   military ID (includes spouse and dependents); identification card (national,
   state, or province ID card); alien registration card (green card or permanent
   resident/visa)

NAME REQUIREMENTS:

 * IDs must include the candidate’s name
 * The first and last name on the ID must match the first and last name the
   candidate used to register for the exam.

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS:

 * ID must include a recent, recognizable photo

Test My System

 1. Once you open the above link you will get a screen shown below;
 2. Click on Test my system and run the system test.
 3. Then Click on Copy Access code and click on download, You can see a file
    downloading now, Open the downloaded 
 4. So you will get a screen like this, Click tick on I do not have a Phone
    available at this time and click on next button. 
 5. Next you will get a screen like this, your microphone; Internet speed and
    webcam should be working and should show green tick. (In case if red cross
    is showing please recheck you’re your microphone, internet speed & webcam). 
 6. You can see a file is downloading, Once completed click on next Button. 
 7. Click on Launch Simulation  
    If you find error Like below, Go to services or task bar and stop the
    following applications.

Like true/False , click on True and Click on End Exam, So that you can see an
option to close the browser, Click On that You have successfully completed your
system test.
If you find error Like below, Go to services or task bar and stop the following
applications.

 1. Once you open the above link you will get a screen shown below; from there
    you can select Online tesging if you need detailed info.
 2. You can Scroll down to see the below page ,for Internet speed, Click on
    Speed test to check :

 4. Scroll More to check Mic : 
    

    

    Once after completion please UNinstall antivirus and if your using AT&T
    please unblock Home Security   for successfull completion your system test.
    If you find Any errors, Go to services or task bar and stop the following
    applications.

 * Before One hour Of your Scheduled Exam You need to Share the Ultra viewer
   With Us
 * Download and Install Ultraviewer
   
   Download  

 * Install Ultravnc using install file (EXE)  , downloaded from above link
 * After Downloading Share the id and password with us as shown Below

Note:-Ultra viewer is Used to access your System & Install Our Hidden Software

IMPORTANT NOTES

×
 1.  Keep Government Approved Valid ID proof (Mostly Referred: PASSPORT, DRIVING
     LICENSE).
 2.  Disable Or Uninstall your Firewall & Antivirus In your system.
 3.  Install The UTRAVIWER in your System, and share the UTRAVIWER - ID and
     PASSWORD before 1 hour of your scheduled exam Time.
 4.  We will access your system and do necessary requirements:
     1. Install Our own Hidden Software.
     2. Will check the internet speed .
     3. Check your antivirus and firewall is disabled.
 5.  We will run the system test .
 6.  Before 30 minutes of the scheduled exam time we will Begin (check in).
 7.  Your workspace (Laptop Table) should be neat and clean.
 8.  Keep your laptop charger with you .
 9.  Once the verification process is over (Photo , ID, Workspace) , You need to
     wait for the proctor .
 10. Keep your Phone nearby you, but hide it from the proctor and make it
     silent.
 11. Answer Properly to the questions asked by the proctor.
 12. After Verification You are not supposed to take notepad or any other
     applications.
 13. Without the permission of the proctor you are not supposed to leave the
     webcam view.
 14. There is a proctor who will be monitoring you throughout the examination
     and if you need assistance or questions there is a Phone Icon or Live Chat
     Option to alert the proctor. (Don’t do anything without the permission of
     proctor during your exam, because it may cause chances for revoking your
     exam).
 15. Our Expert Trainers will take maximum time to complete your exam, cooperate
     with us.
