Problem statement:

CryoPDP is seeking a software solution to efficiently dispatch orders in
vehicles. Currently, CryoPDP's planning process takes up to 2 hours, which is a
substantial amount of time. With the company's growth, it is no longer feasible
to spend that much time on planning. CryoPDP's goal is to streamline the order
dispatching process for their entire fleet and geographical coverage.

KPIs to achieve:

Decrease order dispatch planning time from 2 hours to 15 minutes.

Scope of work:

2 users and 5 vehicles to start with.
