WorthPoint Corporation Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how WorthPoint Corporation (also referred to as
“we”) collects, uses, shares and otherwise processes ‘Personally Identifiable
Information’ (PII) from you, the end user (referred to herein as “you” or the
“user”. PII, as described in US privacy law and for purposes of information

to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in

or as needed in order to comply with applicable federal, state, or local law. In
addition, if certain Personally Identifiable Information has already been
provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, we will take
reasonable steps to ensure that the data is also deleted by such third
parties.  

Beyond the basic information required to establish a subscription, the
Personally Identifiable Information you provide is a function of how extensively
you use the features of the WorthPoint website.

including the right of access, the right of rectification, the right not to
consent or to withdraw consent, the right of erasure, the right to object to

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally

not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in
