Upon review of your account, we were able to find that the requested documents were not sent as you did not have an active policy with us at the time. For compliance and legal purposes, NEXT is not permitted to share any policy documents without required payment to make a policy active. We apologize for the misunderstanding and for any inconvenience this may have caused. Additionally, we were able to see that you did purchase a policy on Sunday August 14th, 2022 and successfully canceled the policy on the same date. For your records, we have resent your cancellation endorsement to the email on file and you should expect to see the full amount refunded to your card on file in 5-10 business days.
