I had never even taken the phone out of the box and there was a minor scratch.
Within two days of having the phone while waiting on the case, I already have
another scratch. I had my iPhone 13 Pro Max for three years with nowhere near as
many issues.

1. Apple Intelligence will be available in beta on all iPhone 16 models, iPhone
15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max, with Siri and device language set to U.S.
English, as an iOS 18 update in fall 2024. Some features and additional
languages will be coming over the course of the next year.
2. The displays have rounded corners. When measured as a rectangle, the screen
is 6.12 inches (iPhone 16), 6.69 inches (iPhone 16 Plus), 6.27 inches
(iPhone 16 Pro) or 6.86 inches (iPhone Pro Max) diagonally. Actual viewable
area is less.
3. Battery life varies by use and configuration. See apple.com/batteries for
more information.

The iPhone 16 pro max phone is okay. It’s nothing special, but it works. The
real problem is Verizon and their customer service team. It took 6 weeks and
endless hours of phone calls and chat messages as well as 3 trips to the actual
Verizon store to receive my phones and then to sort out the bill and promotions.
This is the last time I renew my contract with Verizon unless by some sheer act
of god they get their act together. I give 3 stars because the phone is good. I
give absolutely no stars for anyone at Verizon that handled my upgrade.

My phone was unregistered because there was a glitch in the system. I’ve been to
the Coral Springs store 3 times and they told me to call customer service
because they could not fix the problem. The person I spoke to on the phone was
very helpful, but after an hour on the phone still couldn’t fix the problem. She
put in a ticket to try to fix the problem. It’s a week and the problem is not
fixed. I can get into the Verizon App. Every time I put in my phone number which
is my ID, I get that it doesn’t match. At this point I’m very disappointed with
this.

lag and I seem to only have 2 bars in town. I don't think that's a phone problem
as much as a service problem.

I'm sure the phone would have received a 5 star rating, but Verizon still hasn't
delivered it after ordering it 2 months ago. After 2 failed and now cancelled
deliveries (both returned to Verizon without ever reaching my house), I am still
waiting to get the phone. At this point, I am so looking forward to the iPhone
20. Hearing some real good things about it.

Trade in of my old phone has been a nightmare. Took it to the store Saturday as
per the instruction. Seems as though I wasn't going to get the $1000 credit I
was told I was going to get, so the team were going to have to fill in a form
that they couldn't do until Sunday (the next day). I was assured it would be
done and that I would get an email confirming the form had been submitted. It's
now Monday, and not surprisingly I haven't received any notification. Now
Verizon has my old phone in their possession and hasn't given me ANY credit for
it, although it works perfectly well.
