schedules, it’s sometimes difficult to make the time to get help.
Premera Blue Cross
has partnered with Talkspace to provide access to professional, personal and
confidential online therapy, at no cost to

. The service is 100% anonymous. Talkspace will not share your personal
information with anyone, including your

Before you start, you should know

Talkspace provides online therapy with a licensed clinician via private message
and live video. Many Premera members can now access Talkspace through their
behavioral health benefits plan. Engaging with a Talkspace therapist is subject
to the same co-pay or co-insurance (after deductible) that would apply to an
in-person visit. To get started you will need to register to confirm benefit
availability, complete the questionnaire, select a therapist and make your

At Talkspace your privacy and safety are always the first consideration. We go
to great lengths to ensure that you and your data are always kept safe and
confidential.

Our platform is certified to be HIPAA compliant and your safety is our number
one priority. All of your chat data is encrypted on the servers, and all
communication between our software and the servers is encrypted.

The Talkspace app requires you to enter your password and allows you to create a
unique passcode for extra security. In addition, the app also supports
fingerprint recognition on iOS and Android devices.
