From the Confirmation Details view of each confirmation: 1. Select other response located at the bottom of the form. 2. Click need more info from the list. 3. Enter the requested information in the dialog box and select continue to return the request to the auditor. Alternately, from the Pending view of the Confirmation tab: 1. Select the request or requests from the list using the checkboxes provided. 2. Select Need More Info from the Action List at the bottom of the screen, and click submit. The auditor can respond with comments and attachments, and will not be charged again for responding to these requests.
