AMAZING
Even a lot of professional MMA fighters has no enough takedown defense skills
and this is why we are always seeing that they are being so defenseless and
being literally crushed against especially Dagestani MMA fighters who always
playing takedown based game. So this video is covering a huge gap about MMA
takedown defense. If you work on these techniques, you can be sure that you will
be incredibly difficult to being taken down and being dominated by wrestling
based fighters. Because you will have an answer for all their attacks and
takedown attempts. I am highly reccomending this video!
