ASEAN MUST ACT TO STRENGTHEN POSITION IN GLOBAL VALUE CHAINS ASEAN economies must strengthen their positions in global value chains (GVCs) to bolster resilience against new challenges including future pandemics, geopolitical stability, and climate change, according to a new ADB report.
