moment I arrived until the end of my rental period, the service was truly
outstanding.

experience was smooth and enjoyable. Their professionalism, attention to detail,
and willingness to assist made a significant difference in my overall
satisfaction with Hertz Prestige.

I would like to commend Sumit, Jeremy, and Alex for their outstanding customer

I hired a car from these guys for 3 weeks, straight forward no nonsense car
hire. Everything explained perfectly. Would 100% use this company again and
would recommend this company to anyone. The staff are very courteous with
nothing too much trouble.

Once again excellent service from Ian and his team.
The car, a Porsche 911 Turbo, was in immaculate condition and with only a few
thousand miles on the clock, was like new.
No problems at all during the five days rental and the collection and drop off
was speedy, friendly and very professional.
I have no hesitation in recommending Hertz Dream Collection.

The car was delivered to me with the fuel gauge just off from full and was told
that that meant the fuel tank was full nonetheless. When i delivered the car
back to Hertz with the fuel gauge at the exact same position it was when it was
delivered to me, Hertz said that it is not full and charged me GBP22.37 on
account of missing fuel. Sorry but this is poor handling on Hertz's part and the
client should not have to go through making a written complaint to make this
good as you suggested! Food for thought.

I decided to “push the boat out” and rented a LWB Range Rover Vogue for a few
days. I also arranged for the car to be delivered to my hotel and collected
later from my final destination.
The quality of the vehicle was superb : only just over 5,000 miles on the clock.
The service for from the Hertz Dream Collection team was second to none, with
timely delivery and collection and genuine attention to detail.
Is it cheap - certainly not - but I had a luxury vehicle for several days and
loved every minute of it!
Thank you Dream Collection team you made my dream come true!
