Krafton announced in its quarterly earnings it has acquired Tango Gameworks,
including rights to the Hi-Fi Rush intellectual property.

The company, which owns the PUBG franchise, said it will be working closely with
Xbox to ensure a smooth transition and maintain continuity at Tango Gameworks.
