Cameron Stauffer
Senior Culinary Educator
Cameron Stauffer is a Registered Dietitian and Senior Culinary Educator with the
James Mobile Education Kitchen at the OSU Wexner Medical Center. She travels
around the central Ohio area with a team of chefs and other dietitians giving
nutrition education to the public.

Michael Carnahan
Culinary Educator
Michael has been a Certified Culinary Educator for the past 26 years at a
central Ohio Career Center. Michael did his culinary training at the Culinary
Institute of America in Hyde Park New York. Michael has spent most of his career
working in the Columbus Restaurant industry . He is excited to Join the
Nutritional Services Team as a Sr. Culinary Educator. Michael’s philosophy about
food is that cooking does not need to be complicated to be enjoyed by many.
