Entry fee is $5 per entry. Max 6 entries per person. Half of the money raised
will go towards our Cougars Baseball team, the rest will be split among the
winners. The max was set to 6 as some folks have their kids, spouse, parents etc
use their email. This is fine as many people are still technology challenged.
Brackets will only be accepted that are online. Please try to have your entry
fee paid by tournament time. Give the money to me in person, to another team
parent, or PayPal me at joetimmermann@yahoo.com. I expect a lot of particpants,
and I don't need the hassle of chasing each one down for their fee. The team
will be paid their half of the pot first, and the winners will split the other
half. If all participants haven't paid, the winners will miss out. I will send
out friendly reminders if needed. Rest assured you will NOT collect if you
haven't paid! PLEASE check your picks and results. Once the next round starts,
NO CORRECTIONS WILL BE MADE. It's not fair to the other folks. Decisions of the
judges are final. Oh, yeah. I'm the judge. Payoff will be the top 4 finishers,
total points. If someone ties with another for 1st, then 1st and 2nd place money
will be split evenly between those folks. Anyone is welcome to participate. Just
give me their home email address (companies may block mail from CBS ) or phone
number and I'll send them an invite. The tourney starts the Thursday morning
after Selection Sunday, so get your picks in ASAP after selection Sunday. 1st
round awards seed points. For example, XYZ University is the 16 seed playing
Duke. If XYZ University wins, and you picked them, you get 16 points. If Duke
wins, and you picked them, you get 1 point. This is an incentive for you to go
ahead and take the upset gambles. Following rounds are 10, 20, 30, 40 and 55
points for correctly picking the champion. Be sure to include total points,
championship game, for tiebreaker.  1st Place: 50% of total pot 2nd Place: 25%
3rd Place: 15% 4th Place: 10% Picks are due in the system before the first game
Thursday. --------------------------------------------------------------1. You
sign up online or on the app when invited.  2. When the teams are announced on
Sunday, March 17 you have until about 10:00 AM Thursday the 21st to fill out a
bracket, or two, or however many you want. $5 for each bracket needs to be
paid.  3. I collect the money for each bracket filled out and we're off! There's
no payment mechanism on the site so I need payment directly. Cash or PayPal
works. If you sign up but do not fill out a bracket you will not be charged.
Only completed brackets will be allowed to play so only those will be charged. 
If you can't pay me directly or PayPal please find another Cougar parent who
will eventually see me at some point. I'd like to have all the money in before
the Sweet 16 games start.
