THE CRANEWARE GROUP – TRANSFORMING THE BUSINESS OF HEALTHCARE

Founded in May 1999 by CEO Keith Neilson and co-founder Gordon Craig, Craneware
launched its first product in October 1999 after signing its first customer
contract the previous month. By the end of 2000, Craneware had more than 20
customers, setting the stage for the continuous growth to come, and in September
2007, Craneware listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

In July 2021, after more than 20 years as the leading provider of revenue
integrity solutions improving financial performance in U.S. hospital and health
systems, Craneware announced the acquisition of Sentry Data Systems and Agilum
Healthcare, optimizing an already-robust catalog of solutions with
industry-leading 340B solutions and expertise. Founded in 2003, Sentry Data
Systems followed similar growth in their market space, reaching $10M in annual
revenue in 2009, establishing relationships with Walmart and Safeway in 2011,
and marking 100M patient records in their data lake in 2019.

As The Craneware Group since March 2022, Craneware and Sentry Data Systems, in
their unified vision to transform the business of healthcare, collaborate with
U.S. healthcare providers to plan, execute, and monitor operational and
financial performance so they can continue to deliver quality care and services
to their communities. Customers choose The Craneware Group’s Trisus data and
applications platform as their key to navigating the journey to financially
sustainable value-based care. Trisus combines revenue integrity, cost
management, 340B performance, and decision enablement into a single, SaaS-based
