Technological advancements has put the power of change in the hands of the community. Whether it be involvement in voting a bill into law being received directly from the capital, or voicing concerns regarding the direction our government is moving. BE Involved, BE Included, BE Heard. 2 CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT Freedom of Speech - While it is God given that you are free to say your peace, it still does not give you the right to hurt others with your choice of words. Right to bare arms - Shall not be infringed upon. It is the right of the people to fight for their rights, for their families, for their country and for their freedom. Freedom of the Press - To report truthfully and non biasedly what is granted in good faith, to be reported on. LIBERTY & JUSTICE FOR ALL 3 CHURCH VS GOVERNMENT We claim the privilege of worshiping the almighty God, according to the dictates of our own conscience. And allow all the same privilege, to let them worship, HOW, WHERE or WHAT they may. While deity plays a vital part in who we are and what our government stands for, we shall not blur the line that defends both Religion and Law. Let sin belong to the church and crime belong to the law IN GOD WE TRUST 4 POLITICAL INJUSTICE Law Bullies - The weaponizing of the law to create fear, belittlement and cause the committing of crime, is Tyranny and shall not be tolerated. Martial Law - The army of the State shall not be used to diminish the right of the people, only the power and authority of municipalities and enemies, foreign or domestic. Political Royalties - Being elected to serve the voices of the people, is a privilege and not a career. No government officer nor members of their staff and or family, shall be permitted treatment that is considered above and beyond that which is available to the general public. Reform - It is necessary that while the position of an elected official remain available for re-election, the limiting of service terms to no more then two consecutive terms at a time. Allowing others in the community to be a part of the change in their government. 5 IMMIGRATION Illegal All immigrants who illegally migrated into our state within the recent years, are in violation of immigration laws and WILL be deported immediately upon detainment, or incarcerated until home government can acquire you. Legal All legal immigrant must abide by the law of the state and remain free of committing major crimes. Any crimes amounting to felony charges, will result in renouncement of rights to be in State and will result in deportation. Overstaying Many are in waiting for legal status from USCIS. You will be required to register with the state to reestablish legal status in waiting or not. After which, if found guilty of violation of law, will result in deportation. IMMIGRATION LAWS ALSO APPLIES TO SOVEREIGN CITIZENS WHO ARE NOT OF NATIVE AMERICAN BLOOD. 6 GENDER IDENTITY Gender Safety - Bathroom - No persons with male genitalia is permitted in women only rooms. If found guilty of violation of privacy, will be criminally charged. (Minors accompanied by parent or responsible adults, is exempt) Gender Realignment - Children - Must be at the age of consent for any practitioner to consider operations. Any physician or parent who encourage such procedure within the State of Utah, will be charged under child abuse laws. Gender Equality - Sports - Female sports shall only be for female born competitors. To Identify When asked, What is your gender? the answer required is birth gender. When asked, What is your gender identity? the response is then the identity you wish to disclose yourself to be. 7 AFFORDABLE HOUSING Homeless Population Establishment of transient pods to accommodate an individual in the harshness of the elements (cold & heat). Home Owner Association Limiting the power of HOA and making HOA fees optional to home buyers, can reduce out of pocket expense on housing. 8 LIVABLE WAGES Minimum Wages - Increase minimum wage according to Revenue Base Rate. Gender Equal Pay - Enforcement of gender equality pay rate tier throughout all government employees. State Tax Exemption - All employed minors, shall be exempt from state tax obligations. 9 AIR QUALITY Forestry - The state shall begin the process of replenishing and nursing plantations of trees on State land throughout Utah Air Purifier - Invest in and the construction of a replica of the world biggest air purifier. Reduce Air Traffic - The reduction of air traffic for even distribution of carbon footprint in the atmosphere. 10 CRIMES Human Trafficking, Sex Crimes, Kidnapping, Murderers & Cyber Offenders. If found beyond reasonable doubt, guilty of the crime committed; shall be deprived of yours rights to an attorney, right to hearing, court sentencing and be immediately incarcerated with a life sentence.
