EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The global pandemic of 2020 initiated the sharpest recession ever recorded. To
the surprise of many, the recession has been followed by the fastest-ever
economic rebound. Because this recession was not caused by either corporate,
consumer, or financial recklessness, but by external factors unrelated to the
actual health of the economy and extensive monetary and fiscal stimulus was
quickly deployed to relieve stress on the most affected sectors and workers, it
has meant that economies so far have not suffered from a wave of bankruptcies.

Although the shape of economies is better than expected during such deep
recessions, it does not mean that all businesses can sustain themselves. As
expected in any economic downturn, the ownership of numerous enterprises will
have to change hands to survive. There are, therefore, many excellent investment
opportunities currently available at a discount for those, who are willing and
able to wait for returns.

Our investment fund is looking to bank on our team’s expertise and global reach
and profit from these possibilities by investing in viable businesses currently
short for cash. Our founding team of experienced entrepreneurs comes from
different fields, business sectors, and countries, united by a shared vision of
building an investment portfolio that is robust to any possible future state of
the world. Our team’s diverse backgrounds mean that we have first-hand knowledge
of deal-sourcing, due diligence, deal negotiation, and structuring in our target
markets. High-profile corporate relationships are held key to our investment
strategy, and all investment decisions are made at the sole discretion of our
management board.

performance and top-of-the-line services. As an integral part of this vision, we
see delivering superior returns, consistent with a pre-defined risk profile. Our

The focus will be on the financial, real estate, clean energy, trade, food,
medicine, and industrial manufacturing sectors. Our target investment markets
are comprised of the UAE, UK and European countries.The world currently offers a
heap of exceptional investment opportunities around the world, and our central
viewpoint is that real assets, as opposed to bonds and shares, will provide more
stable storage of value in the future. The key to realizing the largest profit
margins currently lies in identifying the businesses that need those essential
financial lifelines for survival. Moving swiftly and providing both follow-on
funding as well as necessary business advice will see these companies through
the remaining stages of the pandemic and provide profits in the future.Our epic
founding team possesses all the necessary skills and expertise to create an
investment portfolio that will tower above the rest and provide returns in
excess of those available through comparable investment options. Our strategy is
to develop a portfolio with a potential to grow the value of the companies that
are included in the portfolio. It will be designed to yield returns to the
investors in the long term rather than in the short run, maximising on any
realizable price differences.There are plenty of investment funds offering just
that – the constant buying and selling of assets, trying to maximise on any
possible price differences. Our approach will be different in that we will
always put quality before quantity and invest in building and growing the
companies (both financially and through business advice) that we have chosen, so
