to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the
proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are
requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision
of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate
written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed
contract, for the benefit of both parties.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or
use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company
will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Disclaimer

Exclusions and Limitations

extent permitted by law, this Company:
excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement
for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No
refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for
all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which
constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be
refunded.

30-Day Return Policy 

If you're not completely satisfied with your Condition 1 product, return it for
a replacement or refund. This offer applies to orders placed on Condition1.com
only. Not applicable to wholesale orders or third party websites.

Unless there was an error on our end the customer will be responsible for
shipping charges and they will be deducted from the final return amount. Items
must be returned within 30 days of order date. Please contact
support@condition1.com to initiate your return and we'll email you a return
shipping label for your order.

Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only
available within the United States, or in relation to postings from the United

Where's my order?

Track it here. Our fulfillment crew works Monday-Saturday. Our team does our
best to get orders shipped out and a tracking number to you within 48 hours. If
it’s been longer than 48 hours and you’re looking for an update, drop us an
email at support@condition1.com and we will make sure that an alien didn’t
abduct your cases, a dog didn’t run away with your gear, or your package isn't
out alone in the cold.

Do you have a reseller or distributor program?

Not at this time.

What's your 30-day return policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your Condition 1 product, return it for
a replacement or refund. This offer applies to orders placed on Condition1.com
only. Unless there was an error on our end the customer will be responsible for
return shipping charges and they will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Items must be returned within 30 days of order date. Please use our convenient
Online Returns Manager to initiate your return and we'll email you a return

Will my item fit in #XXX case?

We won't know the answer to that. We would only be guessing. You have more
information than we will. Compare the OD(Outer dimensions) and ID(Inner
dimensions) measurements of the case with the measurements of your item(s)
keeping about an inch of foam space around the outer edges next to the case.

Is my color in stock? Is my case size in stock?

We try to keep all cases stocked and plenty of inventory on hand. Shoot us an
email with any specifics questions on models and colors support@condition1.com

Can you sell me replacement parts?

Replacement parts are covered under warranty, if there is any issue with any
part of your case please email us at support@condition1.com and we will send you
replacement parts at no cost, all we ask is for a brief description of the issue
and picture to help us understand how the issue happened so we can continually
improve our products for you.
