A BIT ABOUT ME

Stacey is  an experienced counsellor with a positive approach to building a
collaborative working relationship with clients and is sensitive to tailoring
the methods of support to meet specific individual needs. Stacey creates a
therapeutic alliance where clients can feel safe and supported to explore
complex and difficult situations. Stacey enables a dialogue to discuss emotions,
reactions, and responses, offers the opportunity for change, improves well-being
and facilitates personal growth and development. If you are feeling overwhelmed
by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation.
