We are proud to announce the creation of a new software company focussed solely
on the creation of key infrastructure, products and services for the Nexa
blockchain. Our goal is to accelerate the adoption of Nexa by making maximum use
of its latent technological capabilities.

We know that Nexa has by far the most potential of any blockchain in both
feature capability and capacity for the world. We want to build on a chain that
can finally achieve the original promises of Bitcoin, and we will do our part to
make this a reality.

We want to see the Nexa tokonomy start flourishing as soon as possible, so in
2023 we will be building out a significant portion of all the infrastructure
needed to provide ground-breaking DeFi services on Nexa.

WEB WALLET - JANUARY 2023

The Otoplo web wallet is our first product. We know that it is extremely
important to have a simple wallet to be able to store, receive and send your
Nexa. This the first component of a useful cryptocurrency ecosystem.

DESKTOP WALLET - MARCH 2023

Security is extremely important, which is why we are now also providing a
desktop version of our wallet which you can download and even use while offline
as an ultra-secure cold-wallet.

TOKEN API SERVICE - APRIL 2023

Tokens are one Nexa’s key advantages, which is why we are building a public API
service for any developer to use and integrate token data into their products.
Simply grab the data you need.


TOKEN MANAGEMENT TOOL - MAY 2023

We are are building a beautiful and simple token creation web-app service on
behalf of Bitcoin Unlimited. This service will allow anyone to create a set of
tokens on Nexa within just a couple of minutes and without any special
knowledge.


MOBILE WALLET - JUNE 2023

Having access to your crypto on the go with a swiss-bank level of security is
what crypto is all about. So we will be expanding our wallet options to include
iOS and Android devices.


TOKEN EXPLORER - JULY 2023

Building on our Token API, we will be launching an explorer so anyone can see
the whole Nexa tokonomy live in all its wonder. You’ll be able to easily use
this product to check out the key info on all your favourite tokens.


INSTANT TRANSACTION SERVICE - SEPTEMBER 2023

This is a big one. We are building a service on Nexa that will allow anyone
using our wallets (and any other wallet that integrates our service) have their
payments instantly credited. Imagine being able to send any amount of crypto to
an exchange and have it instantly available to trade and withdraw. The
possibilities are endless.


DAO CONTRACT TEMPLATE - OCTOBER 2023

We believe one of the most powerful innovations to come out of the crypto
industry is the DAO. DAO’s allow anyone to come together and build an organised
and incentivised meta-entity without the government’s involvement. We will bring
this super power to Nexa.


DAO SERVICE - DECEMBER 2023

We will make creating and managing DAOs as simple as clicking a few buttons. You
will be able to launch, fund and govern your organisation easier than making
breakfast.




SUMMARY

2023 is going to be an incredibly exciting year for Nexa. By the end of it we
expect Nexa to be a top 100 coin, with a thriving ecosystem and tokonomy, with
hundreds of builders creating projects never seen before in the crypto industry.

This is what people around the world desperately need to escape the ever
shrinking ability to be free. We will reverse that trend!
