INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN

Approach: 

My approach to instructional design is rooted in flexibility and evidence-based
practices. I integrate design thinking to understand user needs, Universal
Design for Learning (UDL) to ensure accessibility and inclusivity, and Agile
processes to facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement. This
combination enables me to create user-centered, impactful programs that align
with organizational goals and adapt to changing needs.

Goal:  

To design and deliver inclusive, high-quality educational programs that support
organizational missions and effectively engage diverse audiences, ensuring
accessibility, adaptability, and measurable outcomes across various learning
environments.

I’m always looking for new ways to innovate and elevate the learning experience,
and I’m excited to continue growing in this field.
