It’s always an absolute pleasure to email and interact with your very professional customer service. There are very few companies that can claim as much, especially with the pandemic causing so much stress and anxiety. * I like the customisations on the books. No one does them as well, especially the stencilled edges. Most of the items are unique and well crafted. The book pots, and now the teacups, are my favourite items. I like the weekly lives where we get hints, and being able to watch the lives later if I’m busy. * I love how interactive the team is with the customers and feedback. It is really great to see that our suggestions and constructive criticisms are actually taken into consideration. The team is so kind and responsive!
