You might want to do a soil test for nitrogen to ensure that the soil is
sufficiently fertile. It’s best to prepare the ground in advance so you can
direct sow the seeds in late fall or early spring. Poppies need a garden site
with full sun exposure and fertile soil to produce the best flowers and seed
crops. Transplant them right after the last frost date for your area, being very
careful not to disturb the roots while you handle them. Sow the seeds in a
sterilized seed tray filled with seed starting mix and keep the containers in
direct light or under grow lights at a temperature of about 60☏.Īfter
germination, let the seedling grow for about four to six weeks. While direct
sowing of poppy seeds is optimum, some people prefer not to thin the plants in
the garden and instead start seedlings indoors. Keep the soil surface moist
during germination, which takes 2 to 4 weeks. Then, you can broadcast seeds on
the surface or sow them lightly in rows 1 to 2 feet apart.īarely cover the seeds
with a fine layer of soil not more than ⅛ inch deep because the seeds require

Really, any kind will work, but I like this all natural paper, mostly because it

warm (or microwaved). To thaw, remove from bag and plastic wrap. Wrap the tart
in plastic wrap and place in a freezer bag. Let it completely then place it in
the freezer for about 8 hours, until frozen through. Add ½ teaspoon of orange
peel for extra orange flavor.Add ⅛ cup of rolled oats to the topping for some
extra texture.Your pie crust should be mostly cooled before you place the rolled
out almond paste on top.It is important to let your tart chill overnight to
allow it time to set properly.Substitute rum for the brandy for a slightly

blackberries, or plums for the peaches.The raspberry sauce from this recipe

monster you eat. Once you eat an energizer, all the monsters in the maze turn
blue and run away from you. The first fruit, the cherry, gives a small bonus of
100 points, progressing to higher levels like the Key level you can receive as
high as 5000 point per fruit eaten. You can gather a possible 14,600 points for
each level, and if you gobble up a few fruits you add to the level.

Big points come when you eat 1 of the 4 Big flashing dots called Energizers
worth 50 points located in each corner of the maze.

Simply score as many points as you can eating the small dots all around the

   rafting Yes, okay. You're three hours from the mountains and one and a half
   hours from the Georgia National Fair and you could throw a stone at Alabama.
   I was sitting in a bar in Cancun and I looked to my right and there was
   someone from Columbus.ĭamn, you're three hours from the beach. It's my
   hometown, but it has that hometown feel and you can see and be a part of its
   growth. I feel like this is Columbus hometown hospitality because it really

Choose CSV as the kind of data you’re importing. Find the More option and expand
it, and find Import. If it’s not, click the three bars in the upper left corner.
Once you’re logged in, make sure the left sidebar is open. It includes contacts
for Android devices connected to your account, for Gmail, and for any other
Google services you may use. Now, Google maintains one central kind of contacts
hub for all of their services. Browse to some location you’ll remember and save
the file. Click next and you will be asked to choose a file location. In this
case, you want to choose the Contacts folder, to export your contacts. Here, you
want to choose the right folder to export from. Chose Comma Separated Values and
click Next. This is basically just a text file with your data separated by
commas, which can be imported and read by just about anything. The easiest file
to work with is a CSV, or Comma Separated Values document.

This will give you a choice of the type of file you want to export. Choose
Export to a File and click Next to proceed. This will open a wizard with a few
options for you to choose. Choose File, then Open & Export, then Import and
Export. To do this, you need to export it from Outlook and import it into Gmail.
The first thing you should do is transfer your contacts list. Whatever the case,
here’s the process you can use. Maybe it’s a personal choice, or maybe your
company is using Gmail for Business, or maybe you just want a change in

maintained throughout the interaction. It’s a good idea to reinforce and
remember the key points made by the speaker, as this will reassure them that you
are sincerely listening. The authentic mirroring of emotions is a form of
empathy, which, as we discussed in our blog post on emotional intelligence and
empathy, is a very important element in communication and customer care.
Reflection or mirroring of the speakers facial expressions – if done in a
genuine way – is another way of providing attentive listening. Posture and body
language says a lot about the quality of the interaction.Īn attentive listener
tends to sit erect, lean slightly forward, maintain eye contact and keep a
pleasant expression. Allow for pauses and short periods of silence to give
