Genuinely the nicest people. Whenever I have to call for questions, the girls in
the office are so polite and full of knowledge. The drivers that drop off our

Having a water delivery service from ccw is so convenient, I live on a second
floor Apt and I'm old. I use to drink the gross tap water but not anymore
because of ccw. Ben the guy that delivers the water is always so pleasant to
talk to. And the ladies in the office is always professional and nice over the
phone. I would highly recommend ccw delivery

I order drinking water and distilled water throughout the year. I find their
water tastes the cleanest and I love they are a local business here in my
community! I use their distilled water delivery for my home cool mist vaporizer
to keep my family healthy during colds and other illnesses. Their delivery is
super convenient, free, and very courteous! It beats lugging jugs and gallons
from stores to home. I have been a customer for about 3 years. Their prices are
also very competitive. Their customer service is local and I never have problems
reaching a person and getting a question answered.

I have used other bottled water delivery services but Crystal Clear is the best.
Delivery is almost the same time every 4 weeks and if I catch the driver, he
always sets my bottles inside the house, which is greatly appreciated. It is
easy to skip a delivery if I’m traveling, and super easy to get the number of
bottles I need each time which varies from month to month.

OMG they deliver 1-6 5 gallon water bottles to my 5th floor apartment every
month...I no longer have to schlep them myself...HEAVY...oh and best part they
do it for less than the value of my time and gas! Thank you, thank you, thank

going strong.. love the advance email in case i forget.. it’s saved my but a
couple times. Pricing is excellent and love that I don’t have to haul gallons of

a business on well water duting a drought, it is very important that we have

called in on a Friday afternoon because our cooler had been acting up and they
went above and beyond to come out and replace the cooler. The lady on the phone

This company gives me great products and great, friendly service! I have so many
good things to say about this business upon which I rely so much.I started using
them for delivery about 15 years ago, when I was in a town home. I don't get
huge amounts of the 5 gallon water bottles for the stand or the hot/cold
dispenser, or their other products, but I go through a fair amount, since water
is my main drink of choice. They have always been very acomodating to me,
helping me set up delivery and pickup times, and servicing or replacing the
hot/cold unit the couple of times it was not working properly.Jodie, Sarah, and
the others helped me arrange an "under the sink" reverse osmosis water filtering
system, which I was thankfully able to take with me when I moved four years ago.
It was re-installed with care as always, and between it and two other ways I
have to use their water, I am ready for almost anything! At my current
residence, Zack, my delivery man, is very friendly and polite.... He knows my
back is bad, so he is always willing to offer to put the bottles where they need
to be so I do not have to lift the 40-45 pound bottles myself.Everything about
Crystal Clear is quality and well done and organized. Their prices are also
fair, IMO. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a good water
delivery company or the products they have to offer, which are many!read more

effortless with automatic billing and payments. The drivers have always been
friendly, and very flexible when I needed to adjust how many bottles we need.

I love home delivery of Crystal Clear Water. Recycling is good, but these
containers get sanitized and re-used, which is better, and they pick them up so
I don't have to deal with taking anything to a recycling location. The water
tastes great, unlike the notorious West Des Moines water. No clogging up my
coffee maker with minerals from hard water. Delivery is so convenient,
especially in the winter when I don't want to brave the snow. The man who
delivers my water is helpful and efficient. Automatic payments. No downside at
all. I'm grateful to have this great water and great service.

and is nicely chilled. Delivery is always timely, customer service is solid, and
pricing is fair. Definitely recommend!

I've had Crystal Clear water bottle service for about 3 years now. They make it
effortless with automatic billing and payments. The drivers have always been
friendly, and very flexible when I needed to adjust how many bottles we need.
And they don't pressure you to use one of their dispensers.Prices are very
reasonable, especially considering its delivered right to you. Most importantly,
the water tastes great!

I love home delivery of Crystal Clear Water. Recycling is good, but these
containers get sanitized and re-used, which is better, and they pick them up so
I don't have to deal with taking anything to a recycling location. The water
tastes great, unlike the notorious West Des Moines water. No clogging up my
coffee maker with minerals from hard water. Delivery is so convenient,
especially in the winter when I don't want to brave the snow. The man who
delivers my water is helpful and efficient. Automatic payments. No downside at
all. I'm grateful to have this great water and great service.

This is a great company! The delivery drivers are friendly and helpful. I live
on the 3rd floor and it's a life saver to have it delivered to my door. They are
able to be flexible with my needs for more or less water each month. The billing
is convenient and the price is too!

and send them right to my inbox so I can choose to add them to my order ahead of
time. the billing is convenient and also comes to my inbox :) the staff is super
