A Home’Bank profile. Don’t use Home’Bank yet? Click here.

An active itsme account. Want to create or to activate your itsme account? Click
here.

Make sure your mobile number is up to date in your ING personal settings (it can
be modified via Home’Bank or via the ING Banking app).

Make sure your Belgian eID data is up to date with ING. You can update your
details online by reading out your electronic identity card (requires an eID
card reader) or by inserting your eID card into a Kiosk machine (located at the
entrance of most ING branches).

Make sure you have visited an ING Branch at least once for a manual verification
of your identity.
