SRBI Meeting Tracking and Reporting App


SRBI MEETING TRACKING AND REPORTING APP

Now in its second year of use, the SRBI record keeping system built for New
Haven Public Schools has eliminated the use of paper and shifted focus from data
entry to the enhancement of administrative modules.

SRBI stands for Scientific Research-Based Interventions, and our solution is
responsible for tracking graduated interventions in an accountable and
easy-to-use web-based format. The addition of visual reporting methods for
tracking performance and usage of the system have made this system a critical
tool for the Literacy Department.

NHPS BOOST APP

Our latest educational collaboration began in 2013 with a consultation including
the United Way of Greater New Haven and New Haven Public Schools.

Asset Maps were a concept conceived as part of the School Change Initiative in
which participating schools could use a system developed by these partners to
list key data points for resources available to the students and families in the
school's community.

Our job was to take the best aspects of the asset maps methodology, analyze the
core requirements and visionary goals of the project and create a streamlined,
easy-to-use system that would accomplish 3 major goals.



 * Simplify the required data entry
 * Enable the system to differentiate data year-over-year
 * Automate the reporting and Analysis process



Our efforts are rewarded through the knowledge that we are assisting these

This app integrates with the ADDSys, a provider of back office software for
companies in the energy sector, enabling our client company to collect credit
check authorization easily and securely online, and enable visitors to setup an
account through a customized form.

Built with google sheets, this simple app enabled the small sales force for a
concrete block manufacturer to simplify the sales report workflow and maintain
their ability to print and file daily reports.

Auto Transport Quote Collection & Order Management


AUTO TRANSPORT QUOTE COLLECTION & ORDER MANAGEMENT APP

Created a simple system for a network of websites that provide quotes for auto
transport. Quote information is collected in Google Sheets with which the
managers can provide quotes and track the sales process, all within Google
Sheets.

RightSignature Integration with jTracker


RIGHTSIGNATURE INTEGRATION WITH JTRACKER

jTracker is one of the most popular customer management systems for the auto
transport industry. One unfortunate drawback to this platform is it offers no
API endpoints so integrations must be performed using email parsing of the
information that the system can email out regarding order status.

Upon an order being placed, we enabled our client company to send out
RightSignature contracts to their customers and report back to the assigned
salesperson when contracts are signed.
