PROFILE

ENAME is, since the date of its inception, a value added technology partner,
available to manufacturers, assemblers, resellers and end-users in the
Information Technologies market. The result of strong technological investment,
ENAME seeks to stay one step ahead of the market, anticipating its needs and
providing solutions. Evidence of this are the numerous mutations it has
undergone throughout the years. Initially a technical services provider for out
of warranty equipment, it quickly became a solution provider for manufacturers,
not only restricted to repairs, but also providing logistics and operational
solutions.

Ename's Policy is transversal to the entire company and involves all employees,

CODE OF ETHICS AND CONDUCT

Its purpose is to guide the appropriate practices to be followed by its
employees, as well as the relationship between partner companies and suppliers.

The main commitments of the Code of Ethics and Conduct

Professionalism: Apply knowledge of the most appropriate techniques and the
effort necessary to fulfill the tasks entrusted to each employee. Seek to update
and develop knowledge and skills, with a view to improving professional skills

Integrity: Act honestly, refraining from seeking or accepting from a third party
any compensation, favor or advantage for an act performed in the service of
Ename and refusing to intervene in situations where there is, or may be, a
conflict of interest.

Independence: Acting in the defense of Ename's interests with impartiality in
relation to third parties.

Confidence: Acting, with internal or external interlocutors, in a confident,
correct, loyal and cooperative manner.

Non-discrimination: Do not differentiate according to race, gender, sexual

orientation, ethnic or social origin or place of birth.

Responsibility: Act within the responsibility and autonomy assigned. Protect and
conserve Ename's assets through the sensible and careful use of resources.

Non-competition: Do not engage, directly or indirectly, in activities that
compete with Ename, while there is a contractual relationship with Ename.

brands we work with in all situations;

Legality: Always comply with applicable law and regulations, with forced labor,
slavery, child labor or harassment prohibited. All complaints and complaints
must be forwarded to the Human Resources Department (rh@Ename.pt) not leading to
retaliation.

REPAIR

response tailored to the customers' needs. ENAME provides a comprehensive range
of customer support solutions, designed to help our customers protect their most

REPAIR CENTERS

ENAME Repair Centers are established in several European countries, providing
repair services to numerous local markets. Since the company's inception,
significant investments have been made to continuously improve and advance our
infrastructure and equipment, enabling our highly trained and experienced staff
to perform ever more complex, up to component level repairs. Combining short
turnaround times and volume repair with our staff's high level of expertise and
infrastructure advancements results in high quality, cost effective solutions
for our customers.

LOGISTICS

Providing high quality customer service and support demands an efficient,
cost-effective and uninterrupted supply chain. Our logistics solutions help

PARTS MANAGEMENT

Simplify your operations with our Parts Management solutions. ENAME helps
partners manage sourcing and procurement of spare parts, optimizing availability
and costs. Thanks to our logistics experience and expertise, we manage orders
with manufacturers and the delivery process to our partners, including customs
clearance if required. Our customers can avoid having unnecessarily high
inventory levels, decreasing the level of investment tied up in physical stock
and the financial risks of obsolescence. Our customer's costs are further
reduced due to not having to maintain physical stock storage and complex stock
information systems.

REGENERATION

ENAME's activities go beyond customer care. Product life-cycle management is a
top priority, since solutions to problems do not necessarily require new
products, and correct disposal of end-of-life products is essential. All
products handled by us are screened, repaired and / or refurbished, according to
our customers' wishes. Products that cannot be repaired and / or refurbished are
disposed of in full compliance with environmental regulations and waste
directives.

REFURBISHING

Solutions to problems do not necessarily require new products. A product that is
no longer needed to perform some function may prove useful elsewhere. And a
faulty product may be repaired, or healthy components recovered and retained for
future re-use when repairing other products. Extending the life and usefulness
of old products maximizes the investment made, prevents premature obsolescence
and helps to reduce electronic waste. This value added service is vital in
today's global market, where resource management is paramount.

RECYCLING

All good things come to an end. And how that end is managed is just as important
as what came before. ENAME is committed to monitoring and minimizing the
environmental impact of its activities, especially when handling end-of-life
products. Once a product has truly reached its end-of-life, it's dismantled and
its materials recycled. Within this process, material and parts recovery for
future re-use is performed, in accordance with strict quality standards. We
perform recycling operations in total compliance with environmental regulations
and waste directives.

Usually the first step in providing technical support, our Call Centers act as
hubs that connect end-users to the solutions they seek quickly and effectively.
Not only do they help coordinate the integrated repair process, they can
minimize warranty and logistics costs of customer support by helping to avoid
