After getting no help or follow up for the other store I went to about my tires( I have a smart car) I was reluctant to reach out to another place but these guys were amazing! I believe the original person I talked to was Ralph and he was super kind and told me he would look into pricing and call me back, I didn't hear anything same day so I called the following day and a different guy helped me but actually knew who I was and had Ralph call me back right after lunch! They ordered my tires and I had them here in no time! When we went in to get them changed over the entire crew was nice and fun to joke around with while they did their work! He was honest about the work that was being done and that they offered to do, which I appreciated, especially as a female. I also wanted to recognize the shop for the collaborative and efficient approach to service, where the mechanics would help out on whichever vehicle needed it at the moment. I'm currently sitting in the car writing this review, actually I didn't even left my vehicle during the whole process. Kyle helped me today with oil change, very passionate guy. - Topped up windshield liquid once I pulled up. - Noticed that the filter to engine was dirty and had that replaced - Pressure checked for all four tires and set to 35lbs. And as I'm writing this review, all the works is completed. (25 mins max, beat me on that) So anyone in town is looking for an oil change, highly recommend! Thanks Kyle!
