2019 the research group behind Neores won both the Athena Award och
Medtech4Health Innovation Award for the innovation of rPAP, an effective

The research group associated with Neores is among the top ten groups worldwide
in the field. The company is focused on the academic research and all are
clinicians and researchers at Östersund Hospital, Karolinska Hospital and
Karolinska Institutet. The company is the platform for providing the developed
products for manufacturing and sales on a license basis.

THE CORSAD TRIAL

This academic study was inititated and coordinated by the researchgroup at
Karolinska Institutet. It investigated the effect of rPAP compared to standard
respiratory support in extremely preterm infant.

The Neores company started by two members of the research group. There is still
a strong connection and the Neores CEO is also a leader of the research group.
The other researchers have no conflict of interest and the research group has no
industry funding.

. The Neores company works closely with Umeå Biotech Incubator and Inspiration
Healthcare. The research group and Neores has an extensive  network of partners,
friends and collaborations.

Experienced research in non-invasive respiratory support of neonates and ass
prof at KI. Clinical work as senior consultant in anaesthesiology and intensive
care, Östersund.
