Where can I find documentation for Envi-Scripts resources?

Are any of your scripts fully open source?

On the rare occasion we may release a script without Escrow Protection - this is
on a case-by-case basis. However, all our scripts are fully configurable. Many
of our resources also use an open-source bridge that'll allow you to extended
script support to custom frameworks and create integrations with other
resources. Our releases also have multiple exposed functions for further
customization.

How does Envi-Scripts license assets?

Our resources being encrypted by Cfx.re, your server needs to pass an
authentication. This whitelisting process is automated and instant. You have
nothing to do, the Cfx.re account you used during your Tebex subscription will
automatically be processed for whitelisting. In case you are not whitelisted,
the resources won't load. Your server console will mention "[sv-adhesive] You
lack the required entitlement to use [script name]".

My payment is declining on Tebex, what should I do?

If your payment is declined, this is a payment processing system from Tebex. We
do not handle any payments. Please contact Tebex as to why the payment is not
going through.

Check for Server Status and Updates:

Ensure that the FiveM servers are up and running by visiting the official FiveM
status page or their social media channels. Additionally, make sure your client
and server are updated to the latest versions. Many issues can be resolved by
simply keeping everything up to date.

Verify Game Files:

Sometimes, issues can arise due to corrupted or missing game files. If you're
encountering problems, verify the integrity of your Grand Theft Auto V files
through your game launcher (e.g., Steam, Rockstar Launcher). This process will
repair or replace any corrupted files.

Review Error Messages:

Pay attention to any error messages you encounter. These messages can provide
valuable information about the issue at hand. Google the error message or
consult the FiveM forums to see if others have experienced and solved the same
problem.

Check for Conflicting Mods and Plugins:

If you have installed mods or plugins, they might be conflicting with FiveM. Try
disabling them one by one to identify the culprit. Start with mods that directly
interact with the game's files, as they are more likely to cause issues.

Clear Cache and Temporary Files:

FiveM stores various cache and temporary files that can sometimes become
corrupted and lead to issues. To clear these files, navigate to your FiveM
application data folder and delete the 'cache' and 'logs' folders. Additionally,
you can clear your server cache by connecting to a server and typing /clearcache
in the in-game chat.
