The Highest Level of Warning against the De facto Head of Abu Dhabi, UAE, who is hiding behind the doctrine of State Sovereignty!...'Brochure' "HOLDING JUDGMENT DEBTORS ACCOUNTABLE, ONE CASE AT A TIME!" In a world where injustice is not just a word, but a reality, victims of grave crimes such as armed looting, kidnapping, torture, or rape often cannot seek justice through law enforcement. To make matters worse, judgment debtors can easily get away with appalling crimes, such as armed robbery, embezzlement of significant funds, setting fire to valid court decisions against them, and fraudulently avoiding their obligations to judgment creditors. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is not immune to these problems. The seven emirates that make up the UAE include the largest cities of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi, which is the federal capital and the largest of the emirates, is where a 'UAE prince' orchestrated the abduction and has gone as far as to murder a judgment creditor in a detention camp with the help of a group of police officers. The victim, a contractor and engineer by profession, was an Indian-origin UAE investor who had won a civil lawsuit against a friend of the prince, that was the reason. The judgment creditor was threatened with dire consequences if he didn't stop the interim order issued by the federal court in his favour. The next day, intruders ransacked the entire office of the judgment creditor and looted money and valuables from the office locker, which was kept for the distribution of wages for around 300 employees and sub-contractors. The judgment creditor closed the door and sought intervention from the police, the police came but they protected the trespassers who were the lawbreakers and severely beaten the judgment creditor in cold blood, his left-hand fingers were smashed by policeman with an iron rod of one-meter length they hold. The judgment creditor was threatened to be killed, shackled, kidnapped, and a policeman was shouting “Indian, Pakistani, Bengali, all are thieves and procurers. The judgment creditor's younger brother was also kidnapped by policemen and brutally tortured in front of him, to force him to sign false confessions to a crime they didn't commit. A policeman in uniform tried to pull out the injured fingernails of the judgment creditor with a primitive type of instrument. The real horror was when they forced him to lie down on the floor and took some rag clothes consisting of a long length and rolled them on his head, covering the entire face, and started hitting and kicking. As a result of the harrowing torture methods, he was coughing and gasping for breath for a long time. The judgment creditor suffered extreme torture of the worst order at an underground detention camp, leading to his unconscious condition, perilously near-death. The author of this article is the judgment creditor himself, who experienced this injustice in the UAE. The author was taken to central hospital due to medical emergency as an unconscious patient and he was subsequently thrown into Al Wathba Central Prison in Abu Dhabi. Later, he was falsely accused of "Using force against Government employee and assault". During their year-long detention, the author suffered physical and mental abuse, including prolonged periods of solitary confinement. When the author finally appeared in court and proved that the police had acted on the orders of the ruling elite, witnesses from different nationalities were called to testify in court. The Legal Court of First Instance had no other option but found the author innocent and ordered their immediate release. However, the UAE government did not release them, and the court's investigation order to strip off the powers of the 'UAE prince' was not enforced. The prosecution appealed the decision, and while the Apex Court of Abu Dhabi granted bail to the author, they were not released. During a speedy trial, evidence presented in court proved police orchestration and the prosecution's dishonest deals, leading to all culprits pleading guilty, including all policemen and the friend of the 'UAE prince'. The Apex Court dismissed the prosecution's appeal and condemned their conduct, advising the author to sue for all losses and sufferings illegally inflicted upon them while delivering a "Landmark Apex Judgment." Despite four expeditious judicial awards of Abu Dhabi Courts declaring the author's innocence and exposing the wrongdoing of UAE officials, the UAE government did not restore the author's dignity and rights, or released his funds over $100 million worth of business assets and real estate properties that was fraudulently embezzled. Moreover, the executive continued to violate human rights, the executive defrauded the court's judgment and arbitrarily deported the author as if he was punished for a crime, an attempt to save face, and causing recurrent trauma. The Enforcement of UAE Judgments Campaign seeks to empower judgment creditors to fight for their rights and hold the UAE government accountable for its actions. By joining the campaign, you can contribute to the ultimate path to victory for judgment creditors in the UAE. By becoming parties to international treaties, States assume obligations and duties under international law to respect, protect, and fulfil human rights. The obligation to respect means that States must refrain from interfering with or curtailing the enjoyment of human rights. The obligation to protect requires States to protect individuals and groups against human rights abuses. The obligation to fulfil means that States must take positive action to facilitate the enjoyment of basic human rights. Through ratification of international human rights treaties, Governments undertake to put into place domestic measures and legislation compatible with their treaty obligations and duties. The domestic legal system, therefore, provides the principal legal protection of your human rights guaranteed under international law. Where domestic legal proceedings fail to address human rights abuses, mechanisms and procedures for individual complaints or communications are available at the regional and international levels to help ensure that international human rights standards are indeed respected, implemented, and enforced at the local level. Regional human rights protection systems also have a crucial role in enforcing international law. I VIEW IT AS A MATTER OF PRIDE THAT I'VE BEEN FORTUNATE TO RISE ABOVE THESE CULPRITS, DESPITE ALL THE CONSEQUENCES! - THE JUDGMENT CREDITOR. The United Arab Emirates is a nation that has been subjected to treacherous and deceitful governance by certain individuals who have been entrusted with the administration of the country. These offenders have engaged in illegal activities such as armed looting and embezzlement, which has had a detrimental impact on the prosperity of the nation and its people. Despite the challenges, there have been individuals who have stood up against these injustices and fought tirelessly to bring the perpetrators to justice. The author of this message is one such person who has won various legal battles against these offenders in the courts of Abu Dhabi in 1995 and 1996, and subsequent judgments in his favor from the High Court of Delhi, which remain unenforced even after approaching the Supreme Court of India in 1997. It is time for us to work together and take a stand against these treacherous betrayers. We must expose them and hold them accountable for their actions, which have resulted in significant harm to the UAE and its citizens. Through our collective efforts, we can ensure that justice is served and that these offenders are punished for their crimes. Join us in enforcing the judgments and working towards a brighter future for the UAE. Let us unite and put an end to the treacherous governance that has plagued our nation for far too long. Discrimination is an abuse which prevents people from enjoying their basic human rights, and thus undermining the very concept of a universal right. The ‘International Law' is fairly clear that the governments have a duty of ratifying human rights treaties and mechanisms, focused on the recognition of victims’ rights and dignity; their protection and promotion is the first responsibility of States, in doing so, commit to meeting certain human rights obligations of the states. Unlike all other regions, the establishment of regional inter-governmental Human Rights mechanisms, to date, a mechanism to enable individuals to seek redress, has not been created between India and its neighbouring countries.
