Who Is eligible to participate in these programs?
Eligibility


To participate in Maven's Family Support or Menopause & Ongoing Care program, an
employee must be full-time or part-time working 20 or more hours per week and
enrolled in a national Bank of America medical plan with Aetna, Anthem or
UnitedHealthcare. If you meet the criteria above and your spouse, partner or
dependent(s) are covered under your bank medical plan, they are eligible to
participate in either program as well.


What happens if I leave the bank?
Eligibility


If you leave Bank of America while enrolled in the program, you will continue to
have access to your active Maven program until the conclusion of the program
track.
