Introduction

St.Stephen’s School was established by the Catholic Church, Dahod in 1932.

The Bishop of Baroda is the proprietor and the school is run by The Divine Word
Missionaries  (SVD) in collaboration with the Sisters of the Holy Spirit (SSps)

The School trust is registered as P.T.R./1 Panchmahal under Bombay Public Trust
Act – 1950. The duly appointed Principal is usually the trustee of the School.

Aim / Vision : To form integrated and responsible diligent person committed to
peace and justice and ambitious for outstanding achievements.

Mission : Animated by the Spirit of Jesus we commit ourselves to serve humanity,
to foster unity and integrity of our Mother India, and to promote fullness of
Life through Education.

Facilities available : Conducive atmosphere for learning. Enough class rooms
(K.G. to Std. XII of General and Science stream). Play Ground, Computer lab,
Science Labs, Library, A.V. room, Auditorium and Canteen, Guidance and
Counselling Cell.

Spiritual Formation Programes of the School :

(Based on'Sarva Dharma Sambhav')
Meditation and Yoga, Special spiritual talks on various occasions and festivals,
Seminar on value education and Talks by various persons.

Personality Development & Leadership Quality :
Election of G.S., J.S., Head girl, Head boy, Captains and Vice Captains,
Housewise Activities, Classwise Activities, Speech and Elocution competitions,
Debate, Quiz competition and Quiz programmes, Poetry Recitation, Aptitude Test
and Career
Guidance.

All India General Knowledge Competition - Mother Theresa Academy, Vignan Kasauti
by Gujarat Science Academy, Talent Search Test by Gujarat Government, All India
Computer knowledge competition, Gandhi Jivan Jhanki Exam, Gandhi Vichar Pravesh

Singing/Dance competitions, Skit/Fancy Dress competitions, Garba Day
