What is Bongloy?

Bongloy is a Southeast Asia based fintech company focusing on open API for card
issuance and digital payment infrastructure. Our secure, flexible and scalable
open API platform enables businesses to acquire and issue cards. We believe
everyone should have access and be able to contribute to the digital economy in
developing countries seamlessly.

We issue UnionPay Prepaid Cards that can be used to make purchases in stores,
online, across Cambodia and globally.

PCI DSS

Anyone involved with the processing, transmission, or storage of card data must
comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Bongloy
has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is
certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of
certification available in the payments industry.
