Hello,

This was a friendly test to help you identify a “phish” - a malicious email
attempting to trick you into opening an attachment or clicking a link which
would install malware and possibly provide access to sensitive information.

This technique is used by cybercriminals to commit fraud or theft and/or create
reputational damage by pretending to be trustworthy entities.

Unfortunately, you clicked a link or attachment in the test. If this was a real
phishing email, you could have put yourself, EY and client information at risk.
  How to identify a phish
Phishing emails can be difficult to detect. Look for the following:
 * Links with an unusual URL or website address; check a link by hovering your
   cursor over it
 * Spelling mistakes or poor grammar
 * Urgent or threatening language, or an immediate call to action
 * Unexpected attachments

Be sure to report a phish   It’s important to use the Report Phish button on
your Outlook toolbar to report the email to Information Security.

Phish vs. SPAM
Please delete SPAM emails; do not report them as phishing emails. A phish has
malicious intent but SPAM does not. (SPAM is generally an unsolicited email used
to promote a product, opportunity or service.)

Thank you for helping protect EY! Learn more at BeAware, our security awareness
site.

Any personal information collected about you in this test will not be shared or
used for any purposes outside of this test.
