Tailored to your situation and needs, I create an individual Mental health
coaching for you. The coaching takes place in person on site or as online
coaching – just as it suits you best.

AUTHENTIC & TRANSPARENT

At the beginning and also during the Mental health coaching, you know what to
expect. It is important to me that the coaching helps you to recognize yourself
and your inner powers and yours self-efficacy to strengthen.

FOCUSED & CONSISTENT

The Mental Health Coaching is designed for a short period of time to  help you
in the long term. If necessary, I will also accompany you after the coaching.
With the coaching package you also get an individual mental health plan.

I know how real difficult times in life can feel. Likewise, I know from personal
experience that this doesn't last — that seeking outside help isn't a sign of
weakness and is sometimes just what's needed.
