Order <$750 Order >$750 DHL International Express Shipping 3-5 Business Days
(Metro Areas) $25 Free!

We use DHL courier service for shipping of standard orders to North America &
Asia. Delivery times listed in the Delivery Table above are an estimate only. By
accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that
CAMILLA is not liable for any delay in delivery. This Delivery Table may be
updated at our discretion at any time where necessary.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once your order has been placed online you cannot cancel the order. We are also
unable to cancel an order or stop an order from being dispatched on your
request. If you have incorrectly placed an order please refer to our Returns
Policy.





LATE DELIVERIES

We make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated time frame however,
we will not accept any responsibility or liability for any late deliveries and
may vary from product to product. From time to time we may post a notice on our
website informing of a shipping black out period. 

For out of stock items please refer to our Terms & Conditions. 





PARTNER SHIPPING TIMES

Some products on the CAMILLA website are shipped directly from third-party
partners and will arrive separately if ordered with other items. Delivery times
may be different to standard time frame due to location and process of the
third-party partner. Please see below estimated time frames for our current
partners.

Bedding - Linen House

Estimated Delivery Time: 4-8 Weeks, dependent on delivery location. Once
your item has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details.

Unfortunately, at this point in time CAMILLA's Linen House products cannot be
shipped to Canada.

Wall Paper - Materialised

Estimated Delivery Time: Made to order within 1-2 weeks of purchase. Once
your wall paper is ready for shipment you will receive an email with tracking
details.

IMPORT CUSTOMS CLEARANCE 

CAMILLA send all international shipments DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
though courier service, DHL. Any shipping fees, customs or sales tax required
for your country of delivery, is calculated and included in the price at
checkout. No additional payment will be required upon delivery of your order.

 


TAXES & DUTIES  

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations, we are
required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as
dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order
as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with
the intention of delivery to a gift recipient. 

For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact
your local customs office directly.

DELIVERY DURING CAMILLA SALE PERIODS

During any CAMILLA SALE period, orders are subject to delay due to the sheer
volume of orders received within these periods. We apologise in advance for any
inconvenience this may cause. Our warehouse team receive a large amount of
orders during sale periods which will impact the time we can dispatch orders and
get them to you. Please allow an additional 5 business days for dispatch of your
order during this time. Once your order has been shipped, normal shipping times
apply.

FREE SHIPPING

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be
automatically deducted from your order total. There is a free Shipping
Calculator in the checkout to let you the minimum spend in order to be eligible
for free standard or express shipping.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Please note that free
shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page and may be
subject to terms and conditions (such as minimum spend or specific dates). To be
notified of any future free shipping or other promotions by email, simply sign
up to CAMILLA news.




LARGE ITEM DELIVERY 

Due to the nature of their size, large items are shipped at a flat rate of $35
per piece. This includes, but is not limited to:

 * Dog beds
 * Bed Sets
 * Ceramics
 * Cushions
 * Yoga Mats


DELIVERY PROCESS

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email
with tracking details, which will allow you to track your order every step of
the way. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your
account.

Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that
a person is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested
upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the
driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest
collection centre for you to collect. Please ensure your delivery details are
correct as we are unable to re-direct deliveries once your order has been
dispatched. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and a re-delivery fee
will apply.

 


LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care
Team within 7 business days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
