courteous, which is hard to find at dealerships nowadays. They have made my
multiple buying experiences quick and easy. I highly recommend Anna, she is one

Went in for an oil change and was charged an extra $29.55 for them to dispose of
my used oil. That doesn't seem right and might actually be illegal. Looking into
it...11/18/2022 - received call from Chris, the service manager. He explained it
was not an oil disposal fee but rather a "Shop Supply fee". He graciously
refunded the full amount and then some for the inconvenience. Hence, I changed
the one Star review to four Stars.

Just want provide a strong review for the South Shore Porsche Sales Team since I
just purchased my 8th Porsche from them. If you live in the New York/ Long
Island area, make sure to purchase or service your vehicle at South Shore
Porsche. My recent purchase was a 2023 Macan S as a gift for my wife. Zach and
Anna are true sales professionals. They made it extremely easy to trade in my
2020 Cayenne Coupe S and slide right into our new Macan S. They appreciate my
loyalty to the dealership and provided me with a World Class customer
experience. The icing on the cake was the great “goodie bag” that Anna provided
for me as one of their VIP customers. I will continue to do business with South
Shore Porsche and I will plan out my 9th purchase in the near future. Thanks
again to Zach and Anna for providing an excellent buying experience this week!!

If you're looking to buy a Porsche go nowhere else. After being steered away
from other dealerships trying to order a new Porsche the crazy car market. I
just took delivery of my new Cayenne GTS Coupe, the process was quick and
smooth. Jake and Zach from South Shore Porsche have been a pleasure to deal with
and I would highly recommend that anyone in the market for a Porsche to go and
speak with them first.

I normally don’t write reviews but felt I had to after my experience buying my
Porsche from Porsche of South Shore. I’ve purchased cars in the past and had to
deal with long waits, poor service, and prices that somehow got higher and
higher as additional fees were applied. My experience with Xiang Chen could not
have been farther from that. The dealership, and Xiang, were careful to see to
my every need and handled themselves with professionalism and honesty. The
process was quick and easy, and best of all, there were no “hidden fees” that I
had to worry about. Would definitely recommend Xiang and the South Shore Porsche
dealership.
