SERVING NEVADA’S THIRD DISTRICT

 * "I was waiting for a long time for the IRS to assign someone to audit my case
regarding interest income, and that's when I decided to contact Rep. Susie
Lee's office. The office quickly started working and ensured that my case was
reviewed by the Taxpayer Advocate Service right away. I had never contacted
my Congressional office before, and I'm glad that I did. If I hadn't reached
out, I would probably still have been waiting to hear back from the IRS. Rep.
Susie Lee's office is doing diligent work to ensure that her constituents are
   taken care of." -Kenneth Green

 * "I went to an urgent care facility that was in my network under the VA
Mission Act, but my insurance claim was denied. I submitted a claim to the VA
Office of Community Care, but my claim was denied once more, and I wasn't
getting anywhere by contacting the VA further. That's when I reached out to
Rep. Lee's office. I was impressed by how quickly her office addressed my
case, and I was able to get my medical bill paid. I encourage anybody who
needs assistance to reach out to Rep. Lee's office." -Enrique

 * "I had been having trouble getting in contact with the IRS since last July. I
contacted Congresswoman Lee's office received the necessary help to place my
account in a non-collectible status in about a month. Now I know that when
all else fails I can turn to Congresswoman Lee's office, as her caseworkers
start taking care of constituents' issues immediately." -Cheryl

 * "I was assigned to a carrier squadron during the Vietnam War. During our
deployments, we were exposed to Agent Orange, which led me to be diagnosed
with several disabilities. I applied for Agent Orange disability benefits
through the VA over two years ago but never received a response. When I
contacted Rep. Susie Lee's office, I was impressed with the timeliness with
which the office addressed the issue. I received an almost immediate response
from the VA, which was a relief after waiting for so long. Rep. Lee's office
is doing exactly what I expect any elected official to do—help the people
   they represent." -William Knobloch

 * “I lost almost everything in the hurricane, leaving what was once my home
with just a couple of suitcases of belongings. I qualified for federal
housing assistance but wasn’t making progress. I filled out the applications.
I provided the extensive documentation. You know that feeling of dread you
get when you have to make a phone call you know will take an hour or more
without the hope of a result by the time you hang up? I called so many times
for help or an update with my case. After over three months of spinning my
wheels, I reached out to Susie’s office for help. I had results within about
2 weeks from submitting her online form. I am so thankful to Susie and her
staff for helping me obtain FEMA housing assistance as I piece my new life
together in Nevada.” -Hurricane Ida Survivor
