PIER 76 WATERFRONT VENUE - PEDESTRIAN RAILING
Inside of a very short timeline, Kee Klamp railing helped to transform a NYPD
impoundment site into a 245,000-foot venue for concerts, food festivals, art
exhibitions and outdoor movies.

WORK PLATFORMS INSTALLED FOR COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Serving nearly 5,000 students, Cerro Coso Community College is a public
community college in the Eastern Sierra / Upper Mojave Desert region of Southern
California. The college was concerned that contractors were using a series of
plywood ramps and staging to access rooftop HVAC equipment. Seven large
platforms, all with a different configurations were approved for installation.
Our RSM, Juan Lopez, visited site again alongside our Technical Manager, Paul
Bowes, and our partner, Pacific Rim Fall Protection, to evaluate and design each
platform. Due to time constraints and the remote location, each platform would
have to be built on site.

WIDE RANGE OF ROOFTOP SAFETY INSTALLED AT YALE NEW HAVEN HOSPITAL
Located New Haven, Connecticut, Yale New Haven Hospital consistently ranks among
the best hospitals in the United States. The Hospital is made up of a series of
new and old buildings. Some of the buildings were originally built in 1900. This
project called for rooftop fall protection on 11 separate structures.
