Jordan T This season will absolutely save lives. The care the creative team took
in showing us how to discuss mental health while maintaining the show’s lovey,
gooey, warm and fuzzy sensibility is a masterclass in writing. The show
continues to explore important and relevant topics like mental health, gender
intent and sexuality while maintaining a sense of lightheartedness and hopeful
positivity. Heartstopper is well on its way to becoming required viewing for
youth and adults alike. What a healing experience it has been feel positively

queer person looking to reminisce about their first love and all that it
entails. The harrowing reality of mental illness and the struggles we as queer

kindness and empathy for each other can be a spark in what can be a very dark
time for anyone suffering with any sort of mental health issues. Locke and
