risk factors including waist circumference, BMI, blood pressure, blood glucose,
and cholesterol levels. Those who are pregnant or under the age of 18 are not
eligible for the program.

**In compliance with the Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act (GINA),
Newtopia never shares any genetic information with a participant's insurer or
employer, and only genes related to weight are studied. Please note: Due to
state regulations Newtopia is unable to send genetic testing kits to anyone with
a mailing address in the state of New York.
