MATT FRASER

PRESIDENT

Matt brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the Employee Benefits
industry, having learned the business from the ground up. Although it was not
what he had planned when graduating from the marketing program at NAIT, he
discovered a passion for guiding business owners through the complex and
evolving world of employee benefits. With a wealth of situational and technical
expertise, Matt chose to take the leap to start his own firm based on his own
vision for the industry. Joining the HGA partnership allows him to offer support
to his clients beyond just health benefits, and to create impactful
relationships with others in the business industry. Outside of work, Matt enjoys
spending time outdoors, whether it’s exploring nature, relaxing with family at
the lake, golfing, or pursuing his passions to the fullest.


MELISSA FRASER

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

As a NAIT Office Administration graduate, Melissa has enjoyed being in an
organizational role for most of her career. She spent 11 years with Stantec as
Executive Assistant, and then grew her own digital artwork business for another
decade. Melissa’s excited to get back into executive support work, assisting her
husband and new owner, Matt Fraser. She looks forward to helping HGA Employee
Benefits bring forward their fresh perspective on Employee Benefits. She’ll be
assisting and advising on marketing strategies, accounting, and workflow
procedures/documentation.
