Follow instructions to accept T&Cs and complete Wi-Fi registration/login pages


GO TO SWR|STREAM

Open SWR|Stream via SWR mobile app or tap into your browser SWRstream.com. If
your need internet access just open browser and surf the web!

HOW DO I CONNECT TO SWR WI-FI AND SWR|STREAM?

Our system supports most Wi-Fi enabled devices and laptops so you can get online
or view our great entertainment.

 1. Turn your personal device on and make sure the Wi-Fi is switched on.
 2. The South Western Railway Wi-Fi network is displayed as “SWR Wi-Fi” on your
    list of available networks.
 3. Connect to southwesternrailway.on.icomera.com and register or login to the
    Wi-Fi. You will now be connected to the SWR|Stream entertainment. For
    internet access simply click the web link in the top right.
 4. Open your web browser to surf the web or click on the Wi-Fi icons on
    SWR|Stream page to open browser and you will be redirected to SWR website.




WHY DO I HAVE TO CONNECT TO ‘SWR WI-FI’ FIRST?

All our media content is stored locally on board the train. When connecting to
the SSID ‘SWR Wi-Fi’ this connects your device to the on board WiFi system to
access the media. It won’t use up your mobile data allowance, and if you’re in a
low connectivity area SWR Stream will still work.


WHAT CONTENT IS AVAILABLE ON SWR|STREAM?

It’s time to sit back, relax and enjoy the main event: SWR|Stream, is our
onboard free entertainment system.
Our entertainment is jam packed with Hollywood blockbusters, entertainment,
comedy or, you could catch up on sporting highlights, while not forgetting daily
news, weather and newspapers. If you fancy something a bit different, play a
game, or relax and listen to our audio channel - there is something for
everyone!


WHAT IS TRACK MY TRAIN AND HOW DO I ACCESS IT?

Track my Train lets customers see the progress of the train they are travelling
on – live – on their own device. Connect to the onboard Wi-Fi and select the
Track my Train icon on the Entertainment homepage. The tool knows which service
you are travelling on. It will only work when you have connected to the onboard
Wi-Fi, so please do not attempt to access it when you are not on the train.  


WHAT IF THE TRAIN JOURNEY INFO IS INCORRECT?

We always try to give correct information for the journey you are on, however if
you find this is incorrect or not available on train, please use the feedback
button at the bottom of the Track my Train page and feedback issue to let us
know.


WHICH INTERNET BROWSERS DOES SWR|STREAM SUPPORT?

We currently support the latest versions of:

 * Safari - iOS*, Mac OS
 * Google Chrome - Android, Windows, Mac OS
 * Firefox - Windows, Mac OS
 * Opera - Windows, Mac OS
 * Silk - Amazon Fire OS only

*For iOS (iPhone and iPad) you will need to have version 11.2 or above
installed.


CAN’T CONNECT TO THE SWR WI-FI

If your device doesn’t connect automatically, please review the Frequently Asked
Questions above. The SWR team on board are there to help, but please call the
SWR Wi-Fi team at Icomera as they can help with any issues or questions you may

* The Icomera hours of support are Monday to Sunday 05:00-01:00. Calls are
charged at a local call rate.
